To download the PDF file on your computer, right click
on the link and choose "Save Target As" from
the menu that appears. Choose the location where you want to save
the file and click Save.

OPENING THE PDF FILE IN YOUR BROWSER
For a PDF file to open in your browser, you must have Adobe Acrobat
Reader installed (see below to download your free copy).
Once you know Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed on your computer,
simply click on the link the same way you click on every other
link, and the file will open up in a new browser window. While
the file is downloading and opening in this new browser window,
you may continue to browse the rest of our site.
VIEWING A PDF FILE

view the PDF file, you need a program called Adobe
Acrobat Reader. If you don't already have it installed on
